  • 2 Italian sausage
  • 3 yellow onions diced
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 Quart chicken stock
  • 6 Medium sized yellow potatoes cubed
  • 1 Cup chopped Kale
  • 1-2 Cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Brown and drain Italian sausage, yellow onions and minced garlic.
  • In a pot, boil and cook chicken stock, yellow potatoes cubed until tender.
  • Drop heat to low, add cooked sausage mix with chopped Kale heavy cream, Add Salt and pepper to taste.
